TRAMPLE featured on NAR
An article describing TRAMPLE has been accepted by Nucleic Acids Research
We are very proud to announce that the 2005 Web Servers special issue of Nucleic Acids Research will contain a paper about TRAMPLE.
The version described in the paper is the upcoming 1.4, from now on the "NAR TRAMPLE" release.
The main differences with respect to the previous 1.3.1 release are:
- the possibility to submit multiple prediction on the same sequence at the same time and to jump between the corresponding results;
- an improved virtual labbook
