Description: 

ZenDock is a predictor of the most probable protein-protein interaction sites.The methodology adopted is similar to that described in Eur. J. Biochem 269, 1356-1361, and allows the generation of:

• the list of the aminoacids on the protein surface. For every single aminoacid:

1. we classify them either as an interaction candidate or not,
2. we give an estimate of the prediction reliability,

• the output file to graphically represent the classification with the Rasmol program.
